I Can Help You

Reclaim nourishment

to find freedom from food & body dysmorphia

Morgan is a Behavior Analyst based in Southern California who combines her professional training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with her personal journey through disordered eating recovery to offer hands-on, practical support for lasting change.

After earning her Master’s degree in 2022, Morgan realized something powerful — while she had been studying the science of human behavior to help others, she hadn’t yet applied those same principles to her own healing. That insight became the foundation for her work today: helping others reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust around food, and quiet the relentless inner critic that keeps them stuck in cycles of restriction, guilt, or control.

If you’re exhausted from yo-yo dieting, feeling disconnected from your body, or ready to face patterns around food that no longer serve you, Morgan provides compassionate, structured coaching rooted in behavioral science. Her approach blends accountability with grace — guiding you to identify what drives your behaviors, create sustainable habits, and build the confidence to navigate life beyond the eating disorder.

Morgan created this space not just to share resources, but to walk alongside you as you explore your own recovery journey. Through one-on-one coaching and individualized guidance, she helps clients turn insight into action — moving from awareness to genuine food freedom.

Our Services

What is coaching? How is this different than therapy?

Coach

  • Focuses on goals, habits, and accountability to move you forward.

  • Works with medically stable clients.

  • Does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders; not a medical service.

  • Oriented to the present/future with concrete action plans and “homework.”

  • Not covered by health insurance; private-pay service.

  • Have more flexibility than therapists (e.g. can text outside of office hours, accompany you to a grocery store, or provide hands-on support during mealtimes).

Therapist

  • Treats mental health concerns and emotional distress.

  • Licensed by the state; trained to diagnose and use evidence-based treatments.

  • Can explore past experiences/trauma and how they impact the present.

  • Able to assess risk (e.g., suicidality) and create safety plans/referrals.

  • Often eligible for insurance coverage.

  • Best for symptom relief, healing, and clinical support.
